Our Kitten Contract & Questionnaire
Please stay turned for our kitten questionnaire! In the meantime, if interested in a kitten, please contact us and tell us a bit about your family!
As responsible breeders, we want the ideal home for our Savannah kittens and want to ensure our babies go to on to live long, happy, healthy lives with the families that bring them into their homes. For this purpose, we have a contract that not only outlines our expectations of a future family, but also ensures the new home is protected in case of a congenital defect.
Key points to our kitten contract includes:
A. Pet kittens are required to be spayed/neutered by six months of age if they are not already
altered before placement.
B. NO DECLAWING. While at one point, we felt declawing should be between owner and vet,
after seeing multiple Sphynx (naked) cats declawed, we could not help but note how
mutilated the paw appears after such invasive surgery, without the covering of fur. We do not want our kittens declawed and therefore, all buyers will agree that they will not declaw their kittens.
C. Shipping. We are willing to ship our kittens, but prefer to ship via Continental Airlines. Shipping through Continental is $300 and this includes crate, bedding, food/water bowl for travel crate, and health certificate. If we are forced to ship via other airlines, it will be as weather permits.
D. We guarantee all of our kittens from congenital defects up to one year from birth.
F. Your kitten will receive two sets of shots and microchip before leaving home.
While this only is a small portion of our contract, it allows you to note that we are very serious about our kittens' welfare and if you see a kitten you are interested in purchasing from us, please ask to peruse our contract at length. We will be more then happy to send it to you!
